fantasy sunday

6am- wake up throw some clothes on and ride my vespa downtown to meet a friend for coffee.

7am- we begin and end a short lived yet meaningful conversation, and pull out the novels we are currently immersed in.

10am- remember that there was an awesome gallery on the east side of town, so we head on over and gaze until noon

12pm- time for brunch, crepes it is.

1pm- wander aimlessly taking photographs.

5pm- upload and edit photos in a cafe

6pm- go to a microbrewery and enjoy an ipa and share our favorite shots of the day

8pm- folk concert with a crowd no larger than 50 people.

10pm- go home, relax and listen to music next to the fire for 2 hours.

12pm- deep sigh.....goodnight world.

scapegoat

i guess deceit and manipulation is more of a socially appropriate vice than full disclosure and honesty.

what a shame.

why can't we just love each other, and get along?
(we are all sharing the same rock, and we all have more similarities than differences)

why is it that Christianity can't be about what it is supposed to, acceptance and love?
(some how within the entire realm of the christian church, discrimination of different lifestyles is a collaborative value)

why is there so much hypocrisy in the world?
(the insecurities of humanity have seemingly overpowered moral values)

i feel as though for as long as i can remember, i have over and over again become the scapegoat for so many, for the sole fact that am honest, and have nothing to hide. If your reading this, then you know me, so tell me why it is that i always seem to be the worst of influences?

oh wait,
i'm not.

i smoke cigarettes.
i consume alcohol responsibly.
and preach love.

come on people.

3 first names

so, tonight i was working, and a conversation began about my name, the lovely customer with whom i was participating in this exchange with, brought to my attention that, my full name is actually 3 first names.

there are people named jeffrey
there are folks named scott
there are fellows named lewis (or more commonly, Louis)

it was quite strange to think that i had never really thought about that, and that it was most definatly true..... i was so suprised that i mentioned to the customer (Sacha) that i would write about it in my blog, (jokingly of course) but when i got home i had a notification on my phone that, well, sacha found me on Myspace, as well as Doug(who was the purchaser of her Grande, X-WC, X-CR, CAS ).

"hmmmm........ " i thought to myself, "should i write a blog about having three first names?"

and i decided to most certainly not do so.

p.s. has anyone thought about shoes? and how very strange they seem? or is it just me.

have a splendid winter evening.
jeffrey Love.

nutmeg

ok, so here's the thing............... i've been laying here and was thinking about the word awful, awful means something is really bad right? now dissect the word awe and full. so one could say that it is full of awe. Now think of the word awesome. and how it means something is really good or cool. but when you dissect that word it is awe and some, OR you could say it's "some" of awe..... how can two words that are so similar mean things that are so different?!?!?! so then i was thinking as to how that came to be and awe, long how one can stare in awe. but then i was trying to think of why a little of something could be so much better than full of it. I came to the conclusion that awe is like nutmeg. Nutmeg is nice if you have a little (or some) of it but not if you have a bunch of it (full). After these thoughts and conversing them with a dear friend of mine i decided to confidently declare that the two words "awesome" AND "awful" are now denied from my and the english dictionary, and how they will be replaced with "nutmegsome" and "nutmegfull" this way it will make much more sense to those people who are learning the english language and those who have used it for quite some time.

oh yes, also. the word "creep" is no longer in existence and shall be replaced with the word "sheep"

and due to the recent frustration with people sending sms text messages and predictive text, you may have noticed that when you want to write the word "cool" the word "book" comes up. to help save you time and precious energy i propose to you all that the word "cool" will be replaced with the word "book" this too makes more sense because people like it and are happier when it is warm, not cool. nobody likes things "cool" people like things "cold" but not "cool" so why might we refer to something that is pleasurable as something that society does not like? and books are very enjoyable and if your still reading this you know how cool books are and how reading is nutmegsome, and book as shit.

good mourning,
jeffrey love.
